Refund policy

As we sell food and drink no returns are allowed unless for damaged or imperfect items. Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  

To complete your return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. We only accept returns that are unopened and any item you wish to return must be in its original packaging. We will also require a receipt or proof of purchase when returning any goods. You may return an item within 14 calendar days from the date you received it. to be eligible for a return.

 

Refunds And Replacements (if applicable) 

Once your return is received and inspected, our team will notify you by email that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund or replacement after inspecting the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 14 days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed. the actual time it takes for you to receive a refund may also be dependent on your card issuer’s policies.
